A healthy diet will prevent cellulite.
FALSE. Eating well is always a good idea, but specific foods won't prevent or cure cellulite. Still, junk food that makes you fat may make you more prone to dimples. And beware of all those so-called anti-cellulite supplements. There's no proof that they're effective

genetics and caffeine
I don't understand how genetics plays a part in the development of cellulite, I mean isn't that just due to weight gain or rapid weight loss? That's what I always thought.
I also found out that some lotions aimed at treating cellulite have caffeine. I didn't even know that caffeine could be used as anything but an ingredient in drinks!

Toning leg muscles can reduce cellulite. A doctor recommended this excercise:
leg presses (to tone quadriceps, hamstrings and butt), leg extensions (for quadriceps), leg curls (for hamstrings), hip adduction (for inner thighs) and hip abduction (for outer thighs).
He says that if done 3 times a week in 60 days we can start seeing results.
I'm going to ask around to see what other excecises can minimize cellulite.

uv rays and cellulite
Excercise, smoking and sun exposure affects cellulite! Oh my God! I wouldv'e never guessed! I read it in an article: ' "UV causes collagen, the tissue in skin that firms and plumps, to break down," says Audrey Kunin, M.D., a Kansas City, Mo.'
